Welkom bij Oudt Leyden

Oudt Leyden is sinds 1907 op de Steenstraat gevestigd. In ruim een eeuw tijd is ons restaurant uitgegroeid tot één van de bekendste en meest geliefde pannenkoekenhuisjes van Nederland. Vele grootheden van over de hele wereld hebben ons bezocht. Bijvoorbeeld Sir Winston Churchill en Dalai Lama zijn hier te gast geweest.

Oudt Leyden serveert van oudsher pannenkoeken op origineel delftsblauwe borden. Nog altijd gebruiken wij het authentieke recept en uitsluitend verse ingrediënten. De heerlijkheden hebben een doorsnee van maar liefst 40 cm.  Buiten de traditionele pannenkoeken worden in de keuken ook diverse specialiteiten bereid.

Oudt Leyden has been situated on the Steenstraat  since 1907. Over the course of more than a century, our restaurant has grown into one of the best known and most popular pancake houses in the Netherlands. We have had many famous customers from all over the world, including Sir Winston Churchill and the Dalai Lama.

Oudt Leyden serves traditional pancakes on original delftware plates. These delicious pancakes, which are a full 40 centimetres in diameter, are still made according to the original recipe, and only fresh ingredients are used. A number of different specialities, as well as traditional pancakes, are prepared in our kitchen.
